Cancellations and missed appointments:
Please be aware that fees for any missed appointments are not billable through insurance and must be paid directly by the patient. ‘Business hours’ refer to our standard operational hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. To avoid incurring these fees, please provide notice within the specified time frames prior to your appointment.
- For New Patients (Medication Management): $60 fee, 48 hours notice required.
- For New Patients (Therapy): $60 fee, 48 hours notice required.
- For Established Patients (Medication Management): $50 fee, 24 hours notice required.
- For Established Patients (Therapy): $50 fee, 24 hours notice required.
- For Same Day Cancellations: $40 fee

Guidelines
- Self-Pay rates MUST be collected any time before or same day, prior to the appointment.
- No-show and same day cancellation fees MUST be collected before scheduling a new appointment.
- 3 or more no-shows may result in termination of services.
- In order to receive medication prescriptions in between scheduled appointments, a fee of $50 MUST be collected.
